Thank you so much for supporting my small, disability‑owned business. Every product is handmade with care, and I want you to feel happy with your order. If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it better.

Returns & Exchanges

Because my products are personal‑care items, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have concerns about the quality, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of what happened

I will happily replace the item or offer a refund.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Lost packages (after confirming with the carrier)

Once approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
