Ordering & Products

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade in small batches with care. Because of this, slight variations in color or texture are completely normal.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

I use gentle ingredients whenever possible, but everyone’s skin is different. Please check the ingredient list and do a patch test if you’re unsure.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 days. Delivery times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business day.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

At this time, I only offer shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but I hope to in the future.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Because my products are personal‑care items, I cannot accept returns on opened or used products for safety reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with a photo and your order number. I’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Ingredients & Allergies

Where can I find the ingredients?

Ingredients are listed on each product page. If you ever need clarification, just ask.

Do your products contain nuts, soy, or other allergens?

My workspace may handle common allergens. If you have severe allergies, please contact me before ordering.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

List your accepted methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all payments are processed through secure, trusted third‑party providers. I never see or store your payment details.
